Centerline Charters

Captain Ken has been running boats since the early 80’s, starting in the New York area where he was raised and where he fell in love with the water.

He started running a family-owned 40’ Pacemaker and from there, he took the helm of another family-owned boat - a 47’ Marine Trader. Ken began taking this boat to South Carolina and then to the west coast of Florida twice a year after his parents retired.

During this time, he also owned a 24’ Rinker and ran that boat all over the New York area until he moved to Mount Pleasant in 2001. Once in the Lowcountry, he captained the Rinker all over the coastal waters.

In 2007, he delivered a 42’ houseboat from Key Largo, Florida to Haverstraw, New York. A week later, he purchased a 40’ Mainship in Stuart, Florida and brought it home to Mount Pleasant, where he has been a pleasure boater for the last 11 years, cruising the Intracoastal waters from Mount Pleasant to south Florida and back up to New York.

After over 30 years of owning and operating a construction business and a plumbing business, Captain Ken has decided to make a career change and become a full-time Captain. His passion and his knowledge of boats and the water will make you feel at ease on any trip.  Contact him today at 843-345-7029.
